Hello Data Keepers,

At a recent client visit, the Front Desk handed over a form to be filled by me and she requested to me to have the same signed by the person I had come to meet in the organization. When I looked at the form, I realized the asks were curated to capture most of my details such as organizational background, purpose of the meeting, my credentials, my line of work, and a lot more.

I walk in to meet the Managing Director of the company and the first thing I sought from him was his "autograph". Leaving the humor aside, our conversation went on to become one of the most meaningful ones for both of us when we looked at the visitor's form and the humungous amount of data that it was producing. The form was capable of telling the HR on productivity of employees based on who visited them, the form was capable of keeping a track of the type of people that visited the company, the form was capable of even marginalizing the company's expenditure on stuff like coffee, tea, etc.

The shocked MD took a deep pause to only later ask the million dollar question on data mining to himself. I asked the same to myself too. Today, the world is driven by data, which is soon set to be the "electricity"!

HR managers across companies are collecting data from candidates that apply for jobs, who may and may not end up being part of the company's payroll. Today HR Managers are sitting on a gold mine of data - applicants, employees, productivity and now, one can gather an employee's sentiment through his/her social media posts. Many HR Leaders are not even aware of the insights that this data can offer them for recruiting, employee engagement and predicting employee behavior that will improve their day-to-day decisions.

The true value of all the insights of the data is achieved to add value to the organization and drive people performance across departments.

As the HR function goes through transformation with Artificial Intelligence being the enabler in its processes and systems, data will be the key asset to the department. For data will keep providing opportunities to add value to the organization.

In this respect, Bruhat Insights Global is organizing the first of its kind AI conference in India, Insights.AI that will bring together bright and futuristic minds to deliver inspiring and thought-provoking talks that are data driven, solution - focused and foster learning. Insights.AI is an effort towards building the future - a future based on data that can be trusted and analytics that is useful - to help organizations arrive at insights needed to make game-changing business decisions. Organizations will discover how emerging developments in AI and data analytics can be applied practically to increase business profitability. This conference will open a learning platform to understand Data, Insights and AI in the people management sphere.

We look forward to seeing your presence with active contribution and support to make INSIGHTS.AI successful.
