The terminology VUCA has come alive. These are unprecedented times when the entire globe, every country, industry, society and an individual has impacted in some form or the other by the novel coronavirus or the covid-19 pandemic.

The situation that Covid-19 has presented to us is the most uncertain that cannot be brought under any other disaster plan management. Yes, it is novel in that sense too. Calamities like earthquake, fire, flooding have an eventual finale, however a pandemic effects business operations from all ends and the end is unforeseen. Therefore, there cannot be a structured recovery plan.
